Bark4Green

Terrabones are better!

Recently we've been asked a lot about how the leading green dental bone compares to the dental bones we sell at Bark4Green. Knowing the ingredients in the products you give your pet is very important, and understanding how easily they are digested can be equally important to your pets health. The Terrabone's that we sell are made with all natural and organic ingredients that can be easily digested. Some green bone's out there contain gelatin, a animal by-product. YUCK!

Here's a picture provided by Terrabone that shows what happens when a green bone and a Terrabone sits in nothing but water for a 36 hour period. The Terrabone is broken down whereas the green bone looks disgusting and about to explode! The green bone actually absorbed water like a sponge. YUCK again!

Check out our bonez section for some healthier options for your Doggy!

Meet Jimmy!

Meet Jimmy!

Jimmy is an Ibizan hound from Minnesota. He enjoys playing in the snow with his brothers and sisters and watching TV! Jimmy loves the variety of natural treats he gets from Bark4Green.com. In general, Ibizan hounds are used primarily as hunting or retrieving dogs and are also great companions! This breed of dogs are known as well rounded and good natured and are rather quiet and are friendly with kids. They do tend to get in a little trouble when left alone for long periods of time. Intelligent, friendly and loyal, these dogs to need consistent training and play time so they do not get bored. They should also be socialized with other animals and kids as they are pack dogs and may not get along well with small and more timid animals. They are relatively low maintenance when it comes to grooming but do require occasional brushing to prevent matting. Thank you for sending in your picture Jimmy and enjoy the snow this winter!

Meet Sophie

Sophie is a young adult, born in May, 2005 she is a mix of long haired chihuahua and some sort of terrier.

Her personality:  She has lots of energy, loves attention, everybody that meets her falls in love with her. We would love for her to go to a family that has children or someone that can give her the love and attention she needs. She shares her foster home with an older dog and they get along great. She loves to join the family to watch TV, plays with toys, chases the ball and sit for treats.

Sophie has a pretty face w/black eyes and a soft white coat that will grow longer if you don't trim it.  She is playful and gets along great with kids and people.
